MTM – Work design productive and safe

Selecting and using MTM building blocks for process design

Many MTM building block systems are available to describe various processes with respect to your character. The processes are classified cross-sector with properties (compare to image below) into the types "mass production," "batch production" and "unit production." This classification follows a systematic assessment of the individual properties in practice and features transition areas.

The above image shows the allocation of building block systems to process types and structures MTM building blocks into data levels. The first three levels of lower complexity end with "basic operations" - the following aggregate levels are termed "standard operations."

Above these data levels allocated by MTM can follow company-specific or areq-specific applicable building blocks from individual users.

All building blocks maintain reference performance fidelity during compliant aggregation and keep the application complexity at an optimal level through their complexity variation.
