MTM – Work design productive and safe

New Webshop for MTM Training Courses Online from 7 January 2019!

Registration for MTM training courses will be even simpler in the future: The new online shop will go live at on 7 January 2019. The technical implementation of the new booking system will take place at the turn of the year.

What will change?
People who wish to register for an MTM training course will be able to manage their bookings themselves in the future and also view their own training history. The training history contains the training courses, which the potential participant has already completed, and the valid cards. The training history also enables interested parties to check whether they meet the entry conditions for the training course of their choice or how they can continue their MTM career. It is possible to pay by invoice, Paypal or credit card at the online shop.

People who register for a training course themselves
All that interested parties need to do is to register once again at the online portal of Deutsche MTM-Vereinigung e. V. and specify their surname, first name and email address for this purpose. Once the personal data has been compared with what is stored in the database at Deutsche MTM-Vereinigung e. V., other details like the corporation’s address and private address will be taken over within the new system – if the information has not already been stored. Participants can then use “My MTM” to find the training courses that they have registered for – in addition to their bookings and their training history.

People who are registering others for a training course
Anybody who is booking a training course for one or more colleagues or employees will be able to invite the participants to attend a training course directly from the booking system. This is how it works: The booking department obtains participant identification codes and sends them to the relevant participants. The surname, first name and email address of the participant are all that is needed here too. The potential participant needs to personally register before the start of the training course in line with the data privacy requirements and then enter data like their private address, date and place of birth (so that certificates can be issued). Booking departments at corporations are not only able to manage their bookings under “My MTM,” but also the relevant participant identification codes and check, for example, who has already received a code, who has confirmed their participation and for which codes no response has been received yet.

The General Terms and Conditions of Business and the Data Privacy Regulations of Deutsche MTM-Vereinigung e. V. apply when people register for and cancel training courses.
