All-round support

TiCon and TiCon for SAP are serviced by the MTM Software Company Dresden in the framework of a service contract.

The contract covers the following services:

  • Personal hotline support
  • Access to our download area
  • Per request direct support per remote maintenance
  • Regular software updates



Beyond this, we invite all customers with a valid service contact to join our annual meeting of TiCon users and administrators. The event offers the opportunity for a personal and rewarding exchange of experiences with other software users and the staff of the software company.
